HEY GUYS... is it possible to lose fat and bulk up at the same time if running 12
weeks of...600mg of deca/ 400mg cyp, absolutely clean clean clean diet as in,
tons of fruits and veggies, wheat bread only, lots of fresh turkey and chicken
breasts, tuna fish, protein drinks and oatmeal. that pretty much sums it up. also im doing 50
min cardio ed. what do you guys think? my stats are as follows
6'1 245...23% body fat. (its bad i know...)
my workouts are intense and not too long. I lift first, then finish off with the cardio. let me know what you guys think. any advise would be fantastic.
