Hey guys - I know b-12 i dont see much bout injecting in the supp forum so i thought id ask here. Does it matter where i inject my b12 like as far as absortion goes? i get it monday or tues and didnt want to do sumthing stupid so i figured id ask lol ? I was thinking the skin on my inner thigh

i just think IM works better so you don't have a small lump under your skin where you shot the b12 ...Comment

500 or 1000 mcg/day works the same way ... i never can tell a difference ... and yes slin pins work just fine ...Comment
