I just started 2 weeks ago. 500mg of test E per week.

My ****ing nipples are killing me. I had gyno once before and it was a small BB size lump that went away when I went off. This time its a whole new ball game. Both nips hurt like hell and it feels like there is more tissue in there. Now I know what guys were crying about. This blows. ;p.

I have some Letro or Fermara 2.5mg/ml Im gonna try 1cc a day of that orally.

What do you guys usually use?

LEtro is good at 2.5 mg ED, but I'd also use Nolva at 80mg ED and keep running the Nolva after the Letro for a few weeks, tapering down. Letro is non-steroidal though, so watch out for E-rebound after you go off of it - you can avoid rebound by either tapering the Letro or adding aromasin to the mix. Either way I'd still have the Nolva in there with it.

thanks guys. ill probably run nolva 60mg for 4 days the 40 mg for a week then just maintain at 20-10mg ed for the duration.

The only issues I had with letro is that it made my joints hurt like crazy since it gets rid of all the estorgen in the body but that was after about 6 weeks of running it, which I dont know if that would be a good thing with your job or not. run the nolva for a while and see how that goes

what are you taking with the test? Ive only ever got gyno symptoms when I was taking Fina with Deca.. nothing else

the Ferma(letro) has made it much less painful.

For me, 25 Mg of Tamix ED and 50 Mg of Proviron ED made it manageable.
