what are you looking to do. Do you mean how do you cycle t-3 or do you mean what else should you take with t-3.Start Jun 1st 02

To me IMO, tapering AAS or the ancilliaries you use with it harks back from days gone by the, 70's and 80's. Never have tapered and I've done alright so far. Now, frontloading is another matter altogether. Like Ironfist suggest, check out the faq's there's some good info in it. One's T-3 cycle dosages should be dependent according to one's bodyweight, ie. 1 mcg per pound of BW would yield great results but diet is the key. I tried taking more at one time but shortness of breath was getting in the way of a good cardio programme I had, so I had to cut the dosages a tad.

so, I weight about 290lbs so I should take UP to 290mcg? is that right? the highest I have taken T3 was at 100mcg and I lost 30lbs.Tedmax195@Ziplip.com

I almost fell on my seat reading your stats, good genes then,eh. I wouldn't go over 200mcgs then, because the sides isn't just worth it. Like mentioned above, high protein would be helpful. Since it worked well for you at 100mcgs and lost 30 pounds why not go down the road again. D'ya plan on losing more this time around? T-3, unlike clen doesn't seem to have a point of diminishing returns so if a low dose worked well I would stick with it.

I totally agree, I will go down that road again. but this time I have the money and the set time to do this cycle. it was hard for me b/c of work and its different now. I just not to sure if I should do my T3 cycle before or after or even during the cycle? (its a fina/prop/winni cycle)

some people where telling that I should start at 25mcg for five days then to 50mcg etc.... all the way up to 100mcg which was great. I didn't know I was losing weight until someone came up to me and told me that I have. weird, but the thing that pisses me off is that my strenght went down too. this time I am going to take so AS with this T3 cycle.
