I was wondering how true this is. Is it better to eat all healthy food while bulking, or would it be better to eat everything good food and crap included, for more calories?

when i bulk, anything in sight is fair game. dont worry about cheat meals, practically all my meals are cheat meals when im bulking. of course, i dont gain fat or bloat easily... so i might just be an odd case. i say go for it though. eat a whopper, have a milkshake, just get the cals and protein down the hatch to gain maximum mass... remember- theres always cardio and fina for later."i swear you're about as subtle as a brick in the small of my back..."

the way I look at it, is eat clean. why would you want to gain fat that can be avoided? Even if your doing your cutting cycle right after your bulking, why? I guess when I'm on, I try to gain as much good quality clean mass as possible, maybe other's don't care.

The point of bulking is to get eat everything and put on weight. Even if it means BF. Fat is easy to loose. You can eat clean during cutting. Thats how you get big, seefood diet. You should read articles that people have written about the pro's. How else do you think they get in 7,000 cals a day............Fast Fuckin Food!
Bulking = Eat Big to get Big!

Well, Im 310 now, and I rarely go over 4000cals ed...and I eat CLEAN 90% of the time, bulking or not...chicken breasts, lean beef, Nlarge, salmon, tuna, brown rice ect ect ect. No need to gain a lot of fat while bulking IMO...but Im not a hardgainer, so the advice I would give to someone eles might be different.

Bro i just fuckin eat everthing in site...good or bad...I need too in order to get all the calories...I think you should judge what you eat on if you are prone to gaining fat...good luck

I have to bring it up every now and again...lol
Ill be a bit smaller soon though, its onseason for me now...for 16 weeks its cutting time! Want to lose about 1/2 my BF, that should put me in comp shape...and down to about 275...maybe more

i try to eat mostly clean while bulking but i dont think pizza now and then will hurt ya - maybe just make it harder when it comes cutting timeOnly plants grow naturally
