quads are a beyitch...but if you really want to hurt like a muthafugar, shoot yerself in the calf...I did once and NEVER again...I was almost crawling for a week

My calves are second easiest 2 my delts. 2nd only because I can feel it when I step a little regardless. That doesn't go for prop though. I made the mistake of shooting prop into my calf not too long ago. That ain't very comfy. Tren and enan in the calf is smooth sailing for me though.

unless youre a *****/pooocceeee like roger clemens and have to have someone give you your shots...lhow many of you guys cant give yourself a shot? I know guys that have to have their wife do it...lol

I do quads exclusively cept with B-12. first time was with a 1" 23g and it just sunk like buddah. yeppers, never had any problems with quads, and yes I know of these "sweet spots". it's like you never felt it, jus really smooth.

my sweet spot on my quads is this. if you're sitting (and being on a computer, i'm assuming you are,lol) look down at say your right quad. from the knee, come down about 14" then to the right about 2-3". thats the money spot. for me anyway. before piercing, i always flick where i'm about to shoot a few times, dulls the nerves so there's no initial pain from the piercing.

i have hit quads all over. medial and lateral.

some **** hurts some doesn't. depends on how much b.a. is in it for me. If it hurts my ass I would never shoot quads with it.

cool...I'm glad it made sense. After I hit that sweet spot the other day, that's how I guaged to find it on the other leg.
