Heres my theory, I was thinking of going with 12.5mcg-25mcg ed for longer periods of time during cutting. The theory behind it is the lower dose (12.5mcg) ed would give a boost in metabolism as thyroid is the hormone of metabolism and IMO even a small increase will help, and this will prevent the rebound post cycle b/c it should not supress natural TSH production, and also spare muscle mass b/c of the low dose. I would think on this low of a dose you could stay on for a few months...even without anything eles as long as you keep the diet CLEAN, and cardio going with heavy weights it should not break down muscle (even without aas) b/c of the increased protein intake.
Any thoughts on this?
Im thinking of doing it for the summer (starting this week) and I might run a LOW dose of test with it just to prevent any possible catabolism of muscle (cyp in the 250mg/week range for 20 weeks, I know its LOW, but its not for growth, its just to maintain and to keep the cycle CHEAP!) and also get the benefit of the nutrient partitioning effects of the aas a bit. I will most likely start off with 25mg of anadrol just untill the cyp kicks in.
I will be eatting a LOT of veg like broccoli and caulflower (mostly these two, nothing with to much sugar like carrots) and a variety of salad veg and takeing in low fat HIGH protein from chicken tuna and egg whites with moderate caloric intake. This will be my first full fledged attempt at cutting in about 4 years...I HOPE to cut my body fat in half by summer useing this method (that would put me in contest shape or close to it. at around 6%)
ANy suggestions on my first LOW dose cycle sense I have started this stuff? I have been basically off for a year now (I have done a small cycle recently with all fast acting gear for a short period of time to test some UG gear but thats it)
