  • For those who have done 2 or more cycles...

I don't wany "theory" on this one. I want experience. When talking about training post cycle (say you're using just Clomid three weeks after a cycle). What have you found most beneficial in keeping gains? A) Taking a week off when you start Clomid, B) keep working out, but just not as intense, maybe cut your sets in half or so, C) or just training like you were while on your cycle (keep in mind my training is the same on or off, like my signature says )

Still train, but with lower intensity. I maybe cut my sets in half, or put the weight down a little.

I reduce the over all volume when clean, i would say by about 25% or so and i make sure to get out of the gym in less then an hour, i aim at 45min training session when clean, other then then that all stay the same the intensity and all...XXL

this cycle I ran d-bol 10mg every morning first 10 days of clomid and I trained a little lighter than I usually do... In the past I have missed sometimes almost a week not really wanting to but just feeling so depressed and lethargic on the clomid alone... think I am onto something good running the d-bol with clomid... helps me from getting emotional, depressed and I still have motivation to train
I dont care if it kills me... as long as I look good in the box

well what about all the theories? That ur body is in catabolic state... "should bring down volume and keep intesity"

i train the same. if protein consumption is high enough, your body will stay anabolic

i take a wk off, starting a day or 2 before clomid. its welcome after all the hard training, and you body simply cant recover very well at that point.

Thanks for the replies guys. I think this is the route I may take. Can't hurt to take a week off, and I think it would be good for my body. Superchicken, after that week off, do you come back hard and heavy right away?

I train the same though but the only thing is that I change my work out before my body wont respond to the same workouts. I just dont feel it anymore if I keep on doing the same workouts.

I usually take a week or so off when i start clomid, then eventually come back. I always seem to lose some strength after clomid, but it comes back very quickly.
