    tren everytime.. 1&1/2 mil ed 75 mg per ml along with cyp 3 mil twice weekly
    if ya want it.....cum and get it?!! but make sure ya really want it first... there is nil returnz...

          the 2 1/2 plates and factional plates are your friends as are bands and chains.

          form is a biggie also

          but if your looking for cycles to help u get stronger then this is what i would reccommend

          front load it and run 2 cycles like this

          1st cycle- 6weeks


          test susp
          tren ace
          halo

          weeks 7-9
          proper pct with peptides

          weeks10-15

          same as above except sub var for halo at around 80mg/day


          stay off for atleast 8 weeks after this.

          the reason i reccommend it like this is because the 3 week break will allow your tendons to catch up somewhat. i mean good is being strong if u cant lift due to an injury? Halo is the best drug for strength around but the strength built from it is not always kept. with var it is. well with running the var the second six weeks this will allow you to solidify your gains made from the halo in the first cycle while still allowing you to progress, granted at a slower rate then the halo provide. but your strength gains will be kept.

              I like to do things that a lot of the old school powerlifters did for bench, guys like Pat Casey and Ted Arcidi. Flat bench, close grips, inclines, flat dumbell bench, and lots of shoulder work, especially behind the neck press. Arcidi used to do behind the neck press 3 days a week.
