                  Im needing 2900 cals and im 160. thing that gets me FUZO is he said you where OLD. lol!

                        I agree with phreak. If you up the cals, maybe try to get 1k more a day. You'll start growing. That in combination with the d-bol = wrecking ball for that wall. You may get a little softer look for a minute but it's all about growing. Hit that cardio hard and burn what fat cals and simple carbs you get off.

                            gotta do it bro, you need the cals. try to get to 3500 for a few weeks, then up it to 4K for a month or so, then get to 4500. you've gotta supply the cals if you want to grow. the dbol will of course help, but the nutritional support needs to be there. what is your height?

                                That's right a thousand more a day really isn't hard to do. I'm in the process of getting my diet back up to speed, just getting back going and all. Thankfully I have some eq to help but I'll be back up there in no time. It may take a month or so, but I'll be getting it down. I go the easy route. Alot of clean pasta and rice for those wholesome complex carbs that build mass. You can eat the hell outa that stuff and be hungry for more in 20 minutes. I guess when I really think about it. I count my carbs/carb groups and protein more than cals. Those good complex carbs result in MASS. You gotta really no how your body responds to carbs. But when you train. That stuff goes straight where it needs to.
