    THE SUST AND PROP I'M ON I THINK I HIT A WALL. I WAS THINKING ABOUT TAKING 15-20MG OF DBOL IN THE MORNING BEFORE A WORK OUT FOR 6 WEEKS TO SEE IF IT WILL HELP. WHAT YOU ALL THINK

    I would stay away from orals...And you're older too, so why stress the liver...I think it's in your head or diet/training/rest..."hit a wall"...What's your dosage?

      Do the 15-20mgs for a couple weeks and see how that goes. You might want to bump it up another 10-15mgs if you don't see results worth a shyt. The awesome thing about d-bol is that immediate strength increase in the gym. Dose about an hour-2hrs before workout, and bam, it's on. I love that about d-bol.

        Eventually, unless we are on high doses of GH and aas, we all hit that same wall. It's like this continuous back and forth between the same areas. The only way to break it is to get doses up, which obviously comes with more risk. I've seen your pics bro and you don't really have anything to worry about. If you could stay the way you are you would be just fine IMO. I've hit my max, I don't ever want to weight 258 again, that's just too damn big for me. When I start up it will be all about getting more like you....solid. But, when I get on I'll probably change that thought. lol

        By the way, what do you mean my 'wall'? Did you stop getting stronger or stop gaining weight?
        I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

          both stopped gaining strength and wieght. hopefuly this new program i'm on i'm eating 3k calories a day so maybe that will help.

            since you went up in calories and added the 20mgs of dbol you will increase in size and strength

              food is very good when tryin to get stronger, even if you get alil soft lookin. i wouldnt be afraid of the occasional softer look if size and strength gains is your goal. i think bodybuilding is like a balancing act between looking good and being healthy, along with lookin a lil worse to eventually look even better then before.

                I also would stay away from orals,I never kept any thing with orals plus i felt my liver was being affected.

                  MY LIVER IS FINE AND I GET REGULAR BLOOD WORK.

                    I wouldn't use DBOL and like someone already said if you hit the wall with the mass gains and strength gains why use dbol and put stress on your liver and just get bloated from dbol. I would add one ingredience to all that and that is GLUTAMINE. This always works for me 10-15 grams a day before/after workout and you will BREAK THE WALL.

                          Honestly, increasing your cals should help more than anything. You can't keep gaining eating the same amount. As your weight increases it takes more fuel in the tank so to speak to be able to keep gaining.
                          3000 cals a day isn't much for trying to gain. imo. But you know what works for you.

                            20mgs is a very light dose and will give you a nice kick. i would take it all 1-2 hours before you train. lots of guys like dbol for just that purpose- to get through sticking points. how much are you weighing now fuzo? 3K cals is maintenance in most cases. you need to be around 4500 to grow brutha
                            so fresh and so clean clean
