whats up guys, im jsut wondering if its cool to take a 3 or 4 days off from lifting while in the middle of a cycle. do you think this will hurt my gains at all. the reason im asking is because ive been hittin it hard 4 days a week, but im startin to feel really drained, and aggrevated. i took yesterday off and i feel better already. any of you guys do this?

i shouldnt lose any weight right? considering i keep my calories high. i pretty much missed shoulder day this week. i hit my legs on thursday and usually do shoulders on friday. i plan on goin tomorrow which is my back and bi day. so i would have had 2 full days of rest. now should i try to cram in shoulders tomorrow too or should i just skip them for this week?

im just not to happy about having 4 days off of my last upper body workout. its just mental ya know. but i have to say that im starting to feel better already... thanks for the support fellas. ya know i have to say that this is by far the best board ive been on. you guys respond so quick and with good advice, i love it. thanks again.

if youre training extremely hard while youre on( really its overtraining), then a few days off isnt going to matter one bit. most guys will kick up the workout anyways, just because they feel they can.
some will burnout, some wont. it depends on the training regimen before the cycle, along with diet and rest habits.
i dont know how youre lifting(eg: high reps-moderate weight, or lower reps and heavier), but a change may be in order, along with trying to keep the intensity level up.
take the time off bro. like posted above, listen to your body. maybe come back with a different plan(if you feel its needed).

yes 50 cent you are right i was on deca and dbol, just doin on deca now. as far as results, im not to excited. my strength is up only slighly, and my weight is increasing like a pound a week, which is not to great in my eyes. im eating like a horse so i dont know. i train sunday, tuesday, thursday, friday. i try to keep my reps in the 6-10 range, with legs i go a little higher. im not sure what is goin on with me. i was supposed to get some qv prop last week but my source is being a jackoff. if i get it soon i still might add it in, what the fuck right.
