I NEVER GET ACNE BUT THE OCCASIONAL ZIT HERE OR THERE ON THE BACK I HAVE OILY SKIN NATURALY BUT SINCE IVE BEEN ON THE SUST MY R SHOULDER JUST THERE NOT ON THE LEFT JUST ON THE RIGHT THERES THESE RED SPOTS RAISED .I ALWAYS WERE A UNDERWEAR WHITE THERMO SHIRT TO THE GYM UNDER MY T SHIRT IVE NOTICED ITS WHEN I ONLY WEAR THOSE SHIRTS THEY REALLY COME OUT.ANYONE ELSE

whoa, hold up on the Acutane. That's some stout shyt. Great stuff, but pretty hardcore for a few little bumps on the shoulder. That sounds like it may be little heat bumbs anyway. I would just go with some topical stuff. If they really bug you, you might have to ditch the thermal and try a different type shirt. The good thing is that you know the thermal shirt brings them out. It really sounds like little heat bumps, or heat rash. Ya know what I mean?

yeah even the myoncycline isnt clearing it up. i always wear long sleves with a shirt over when i work out

Hit the tanning bed (no lotion) once or twice a week. Always dries them up for me.

try sulfur(spelling?) soap, use that on my face when i get my occasional annoying big birtha nose zit

i'm getting them pretty bad on my right shoulder now...those bright red, hurting mofo's!! a couple here or there is fine, but these are some nasty fuks! i've been hitting them pretty hard with those wipes, plus that nutragena (sp?) body scrub and they seem to be drying out, but they suk!

Are they pimples or just tiny red bumps?
I'm wondering if you try a looser fitting long sleeve, instead of how a thermal fits, if that might help. I used to have a workout partner that was pretty stout. On flat bench, he would rep 415 out like nothing, with his legs raised. Anyway, he liked to wear long sleeves as well, but he would shed it about half way through the workout. He still got the effects, but cooled down. That might help if it's from the shirt.

About twice a summer, my wife gets tiny red bumps on her legs that aren't pimples and tetrocycline clears them up in 2 days. That is a great med for skin irritations /allergies.

there's a RX cream called benzaclyn. talk about drying you out, a little goes a long way too. i'd get some of that and apply it a couple times a day to the area, should clear it up.

Bump for the tanning bed, & I also go get the ol high school stuff.... Oxy Chill or something similar.
