Test only is a good cycle; just because it will be a nice reference point for future cycles. You'll know what sides/benefits the test is responsible for. Go with Enanthate or Cypionate so you will only have to poke yourself twice a week.
Only thing I'd change is I'd run it for 16 weeks. Of course, my opinion is based on my own anecdotal accounts. With Enanthate, my gains start leveling off at about 15 to 16 weeks; that's why I run it 16 weeks. It seems more cost effective to me.
Of course, if you use a long estered test, it will take 2-3 weeks to start seeing results of the compound so you could get some d-bol or propionate to kick start it the cycle.

first cycle is easily a test only and the enanthate or cyp will be best but i disagree with klashes advice, it really will only need to be administered once a week and at 10-12 weeks you will have exausted the benefits from the cycle. You will need to use no more than 600mgs a week but remember, a great deal of what you gain is determined by diet and training as well. You will gain around 20lbs if you do it right. Maybe a little more. Good luck
