    THERE GETTING HARD ON EACH SIDE THE SCAR TISSUE IS GETTING A LITTLE OUT OF HAND.IS THERE SOMETHING TO REDUCE IT SO WHEN I INJECT I DONT HAVE A NIAGRA FALLS SQUIRT OUT

    The only thing that has worked for me is time. You can try and have your wife massage it out some but it needs time to dissipate and break up. Time to man up and use your bi's, tri's and maybe chest You dont want an abscess like I got on my shoulder last year. Id give it a few months rest.

      Yeah, you will need to have it massaged out and 'hope' that it goes back to normal. I still have the weird indentions in the side of my quads from where I got too much scar tissue. Now, to be honest, I have not had the massages like I wanted. I really need to go get several deep tissue massages to get it broken up. But, trust me bro, you do not want what I have, it will make your glutes look all uneven and weird. So, I would go to a rotation of quads, delts, bis, calves and traps. You need to spread it out more when you are doing more frequent pokes.
      I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

        Ya know how ya have that little spot where shots are perfect and painless. I dig hitting my delts. There's a spot on your delt the size of a nickel where shots are painless. My delts are tattooed so I would hit the exact same spot,(used tat as reference point) especially my right delt because it's been tatted for 10 years, but I developed scar tissue in them that I don't think will ever go away. I can hardly push the plunger if I hit that spot. It's like trying to inject into hard rubber or something. I can move off a bit, and easy does it. I learned to rotate more. I hit delts, glutes, quads (I hate quad shots), calves (easiest place other than delt for me), but rotate and never hit the exact same spot, by chance you are doing that like I did in my right shoulder.

          I hit quads for a long time using low mg/ml stuff to the tune of 12cc a day. well i had such hard spots in my quads it took a year before i could hit them again. now i rotate a lot more

            SEE I JUST HIT GLUTES I GUESS ITS BACK TO QUADS. IT WAS NICE WALKING NORMAL

              Delts!!!!!!!!!!! I love my delt shots!!! I'd rather hit delts than anything.

                I'm the same way, glutes only pretty much. It's time for me to switch up as well. Delts huh? Just exactly where on them are painless?

                  If you flex your delt you'll see the (V). Hit it right in the middle of that (V). It may take a little fishing to find that sweet spot, but it's there. It seems to be just a tad below center, if ya pick up what I'm puttin down.

                    i like delts too. maybe i'm weird, but i never really minded quad shots. as horse said with delts, there's also a sweet spot on the quads....just be mindful of the nerves,lol. hitting one of those and making your leg twitch is one of the most odd feeling things ever. honestly, i think i've only hit glutes like a couple times. too hard to reach.

                      fuzo, I've had the same problem for years now. I try and hit my delts more, quads once in awhile but I hate that shot...havent tried calves

                        i have the same hard scar tissue in the side head of the tris. my first cycle of tren i used tris a LOT in the same spot before i finally rotated and tried delts and bis.
                        You may not recognize your mom when you get home, I shaved her back.

                          I have scar tissue in my left glute that has been there for years. I dont know of anything that will get rid of it. I also dont like to shot in spots like that because the gear doesnt get dispersed in the muscle. Rotating is the best but even prolonged usage will most likely result in scar tissue.

                              quads suck. delts traps and glutes work for me. when i've done the quads i'm donkey kicked for at least 3 days. i could never do a leg workout doing that. good luck bro
