2 shots or 1?

I just got my sus250 cycle, and i was wonderin if I want to take 500ml of sus250 a week, do I take it all in one shot or do I space it out over a couple of days.

A friend of mine said I should space it out over a couple of days, but I dont know and their seems to be alot of people on here who know what their talking about and I was hopin for some advise, tx

definately space it out over a couple days. Sus250 contains Test prop, which is a short acting ester. Sus is best utilized with EOD injections, but you can get away with E4D injections.

I did sus mon, wed, and thur, but it hurt so bad I had trouble willing myself to do it. Fuck I hate that pain!
