    Hey guys,i am new to this site,was doing some web surfing to find info,its getting near spring and i want to start working out so i can put on some weight and look good for summer and myself.I dont know jack about roids or anything but i am picking up stuff as i read,but i have a few quick questions.
    How much do roids run?,i dont want to get raped and pay more then i should.
    What should i take?,i am 23 and weigh 150 and am 6 ft. tall so i am looking to get big and put on some pounds,i am physically in good shape,defined,but who wouldn't be when you weigh next to nothing.Friends have suggested Deca.
    Will calesthetics last longer then weights?,i heard weights show results faster but dont last as long,would it make sense to do calesthetics or pump iron?
    Thanks for any responses and help,i need it.

    Calesthetics? Those are for PE classes. Weights will build muscle burn fat, the list goes on and on. 150 at 6 foot? Home Skillet, you need to check out the diet, and training section first, get a good bulk diet down, a good weight workout down, then comeback in a year, and Think, just think about another cycle. Two-three years is even better.

      If your looking for mass, nothing compares to a good diet and good training regime with heavy weights.

      I suggest that you dont touch steroids right now. You need to workout for at least 6-12 months before touching this stuff, otherwise you will grow to quickly and you will end up with a serious injury. Steroids will not do anything for you if your diet and training are not up to par..you need to learn how to train first before you even consider touching gear.

      Deca is a poor choice for a first cycle. I suggest 400mg Test/week for 10 weeks, but only after you have been working out steadily for a good length of time.

      This cycle will probably run around $200, not including anti-e's and post cycle therapy.

          Thanks for the replies.I do work out not with weights,all calesthetics,i am going to join a gym soon to start lifting,i eat like crazy with no weight gain,i believe that my metabolism is just to fast for me to do anything,i take weight gainer and dont see any results and thats why i am trying to turn to roids to help me out. So why should i not do something like Deca to help out when i eat and take weight gainer with no results?Also is Deca the recommended thing to bulk up or is there something else that would be a better choice?

            the first cycle is the best ... would you want to do a cycle and then weigh 170 and have the hardest time gaining weight ... or gain those 20-30 lbs naturally and then do a cycle and gain another 20 lbs and be 200 and a decent size?

              Definitely hit the weights, maybe try some creatine, and get your diet on track for atleast a year before you consider starting a cycle...not to sound like an ass, but just from the questions you're asking you're nowhere near ready to do a cycle

                there is no such thing as a metabolism too fast to gain weight. You need to get serious about your diet. Start counting your calories, you should be intaking 3000-3500 calories every day, and about 150g of protein ED. Do this, and gaurentee you will gain weight.

                I'm a former skinny guy myself, I've gone from 5'11" 120lbs to 195lbs, trust me diet is key, not juice.

                  Thanks for the replies,your all helping me more then you know,i will have to hit the weights natural i guess and see how it works out,i i am shooting for 180-190,i think that is a good weight,i dont want to be bigger,so i will have to plan a diet out,i take a 2000 calorie weight gainer and eat about another 1500-2000 calories and haven't seen any results but i guess it will just take awhile,perhaps the weights will help me bulk up and put those calories to use before the calesthetics will,what do you guys think?

                      creatine isn't just for cutting ... it's used for bulking mainly ...

                      just get the weight gainer and give it a while ... at a young age it'll come easy ... i started at 5'11 140 and got 50 lbs on my own .... then i cheated

                        which weight gainer are you taking? You might have mis-read the label, because I highly doubt your getting 2000 calories from a milk shake.

                            drop the weight gainer and eat 3500-4000 calories of solid food. Cardio workouts are not helping either. Lift hardcore,eat hardcore and you will grow. Oh yeah, dont forget to rest. juice will not help you at all right now. They dont do majical things, they only supplement your diet and training.
