As far as a-dex is concerned, Im in the school of thought the least you can use, the better. It lower igf-1 and wreaks havoc on chloresterol. If I use it at all, it is .25mg eod, or .25mg ed at the most.

prolangtum is right..I would start it at .25mg ED, and increase your dose if you need to.

I recently started usding femara for the first time and I love it I have used aromiosin and also liquidex I would rate them Either femara or liquidex and then aromosin I didnt like the aromosin!

I feel aromasin just lowers estrogen way too much, farther than when off cycle. Too low estrogen can cause arterial lesions.

a-dex/l-dex is great stuff.... .25mg ED would work just fine with the cycle you are going to run...

Femera has less impact on igf-1 levels, which are vital to growth, especially when on AAS. It also is not quite as bad on blood lipid profiles. I personally run nolvadex as needed, the only time i ever used arimidex, is when i was doing 850mg of suspension a week, because suspension aromatizes at a higher rate than any other form of Test.

Its always good to keep around 100 tabs of Nolvadex around. Im with you on this prolangtum I dont use a-dex or l-dex unless im going to be on a high dose cycle.

dodgeee-O if you can get some nolvadex you could just keep it on hand in case any gyno begins, instead of running the a-dex. But how much mg's of Test and EQ are you going with? This will help on deciding.... If its going to be a lower does cycle you shouldnt have to worry to much about bloat anyways...

Cycle will be as follows :
D-Bol 35mg 1-4
Test Enth 500mg 1-12
EQ 400mg 1-12
My buddy just ran his first cycle of only omnadren for ten weeks and he had chipmunk syndrome and that is why i'm worried about the bloat. Is nolva even necessary if you are using a-dex? They will both prevent gyno, will they not?
