a painfully simple and bland diet and lots of cardio will produce surprising results! throw some test and winny in there and you will be hard as nails.so fresh and so clean clean

To get paper thin skin and that hard as nails look I would say that you should try a combination of testosterone, masteron and anavar tabs along with growth and T3. Keep the diet clean. Only take in as many carbs as you HAVE TO. Do your cardio and you will get there.Comment
