If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
Man, I am dreading everything about training right now for some reason... Don't want to go to the gym, don't want to NOT eat chocolate, don't want to go play w/my pins anymore... Ever just hit that low point?
I get like that sometimes too. I find it helps to take a week off. Take a week off and relax. I guarantee by the end of that week you're just dieing to hit the weights again...I know I am.

ya bro ur not the only one ... i get like that alot... just pop a few caffien or energy pills if u have to ... or take pin's advice and take a week off

Eat a big ass bag of powdered donuts or a whole box of chocolate candy.....maybe a gallon of Ice Cream. You'll be in the gym tomorrow squating, lunging, deadlifting, cardio you name it. Whatever you like to excercise least will become your salvation.
I'm in week four (almost done with it) of my test/deca cycle, and have been getting incredible gains in size/strength, but am getting so damn burnt out. It pisses me off, because the deca is just kicking in too. I'll start hitting it hard again, eating like a pig, etc this weekend though. Can't let it go to waste!
