If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
like horse power said it has to do with water retention. check your diet clean it out. hydrate and avoid sodium. I get it too but only when I eat like ****. lol
I figured it had to be something to do with water retention because on pizza night I would wake up in the middle of the night and my arms would flop around like a dead man. I litterally have had times that I had no control over them. Like roll over and smack myself in the face. I've had my hands go to sleep holding the steering wheel also.
