I'm fairly new to these boards, I saw a fitnessgeared link on someones signature over at Elite, and so far, Im impressed. Background info, I'm 25, about 6', 240 with a little hefty for my taste 13% bf (hydrostatic tested). I stayed natty until i was 21, been cycling on and off since. I decided at the beginning of 2003 to stay on for one complete year, alternating between Bulk cycles, a maintenance cycle, then a cut cycle. Each one lasting 3 months. Ill end the year with another maintenance phase. Heres what i have done so far:
