I finished up about 6 weeks worth of em a couple months ago. 5 sided, dark red, tt on the back. worked really well. i would defintely recommend them.Tinfish@Ziplip.com

I have heard very mixed results on these. To be honest, all my bros at the gym said they sucked, only on the net have I heard anything positive.I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
