    Sense of impending doom

Difficulty or Inability to concentrate or mind going blank

Muscle tension especially in the neck, shoulders, and chest; muscle aches; trembling or twitching in the muscles

    Diarrhea

    Chest pain

    Dry mouth

    Sweating or hot flashes

    Excessive sweating, sweaty palms

    Abdominal pain and/or diarrhea

Undereating or overeating, loss of appetite

Insomnia (difficulty falling or staying asleep, nightmares)

I had twice, both on cycle..

first time I was on the peace talks in Northern Ireland, in my Dublin Hotel room one night I was freaking out thinking I would get shot in Belfast or the SUV would explode.

then on my way home, on the plane I was thinking the plane going to crash!

recently, I was freaking out because of a girl

all happens when im on fina.

I have had 2 in my whole life - both were on my last cycle of fina. It was the most horrible feeling I have ever experienced. I wasn't doing anything - just laying around the house. Suddenly I becaume so terrified. It was over nothing. Nothing was wrong, my wife was laying beside me, everthing was fine. But let me tell you man - I thought I was gonna die!
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

Damn, I pretty much qualify for all of these symptoms, though it doesn't surprise me since I spent a fair share of time in a psych ward, lol. Panic attacks are the worst though, i completely freak out, my heart starts pounding out of my chest, I feel like I am going to die.
