for good basic info you could always get anabolics 2007 or any of the anabolics books

I would just go on ebay or something like that I wouldnt pay the 80 bucks for the book but that is just my opinion.

I just read and implemented the Abs Diet about a month ago. I always skipped over it, figured it was too comercial to be worth anything. But I really like it. Its very simple for people like me who are diet challenged and I have already noticed a difference.

Man, in this day and age I wonder if your addy gets recorded for even ordering a book like that. If you purchase the Anarchists Cookbook, you name goes to the Feds. Well, I don't know if the book is available online anymore but when it was available they would record your name and addy. Also, I saw a special on TV one night about the book you check out at the library. If check out too many 'suspicious' books then a report of your check outs goes to the Feds. It's getting crazy!

I actually have that book! I went through a rather strange time where I was really into that ****. I got the Anarchist's Cookbook, The Dirty Book of Revenge, Rolling Thunder (how to modify a car to have remote firearms, jetison canisters, etc...), Homemade Silencers and a couple others that I don't remember. Paladin Press carried all kinds of stuff like that.

Also, these books i find worthless. I thought they would be meaningful but things change so fast in the AAS world that u would much be better off asking members on boards or just cruzin the net.
