  • Suggestions/Input Please

    This will be my first cycle and will start on march 31st. Please let me know if you have any suggestions on dosages or anything.

    Test Enth 1-10 500mg
    EQ 1-10 400mg
    Tren 11-16 50mg/ED
    Prop 11-16 75mg/ED
    Winny 11-16 50mg/ED swallowed.
    Nolva 17-21 40mg/ED
    A few questions:
    1. Would you double the EQ and run prop for the first two weeks?
    2. Would you run prop for an extra 2 weeks (10-18) to help with recovery or would the extra two weeks make it harder on recovery?
    3. How big of a calorie deficit would you take from week 11, while leaning out?

    Your first cycle? Oh god.... for a first cycle, stick with the basics, no need for an exotic cycle. I wouldnt recommend Tren on a first cycle at all. You'd better run some arimidex through this one, if you do choose to do it. No reason to double the EQ. I have done a cycle similiar to this (minus the Tren) and my gains were fairly lean. If you do, run the prop past the Tren so you dont crash and never have sex again. I also would get some Bromo and HCG. Whats your post cycle med. line-up look like, just novla?


    You have to taper your calories to be successful, which will negate some of your gains near the end of the EQ/Enth. cycle.

    This is a first cycle that makes me cringe.

      2.replace it with some d-bol 35-50mgs
      3. I don't see any reason why you should take a cal deficit. as long as you eat clean and do your cardio, you should gain some good mass. You always gain your MOST from your best cycle. I would add some D-bol and get rid of the prop. While your on, I would take some Liq instead of the nolva, unless you suspect gyno.

        I'm with the rest of the bros. here keep it simple for your first cycle..I would run the test at the 500mg.\wk and the eq 400mg.\wk and maybe throw in a little D-bol @ 35mg. for the first 4wks. somthing like that should give you an easy 20lbs. if your diet is righ on..

          I was kind of planning on doing a bulk/cut in one cycle, that is why it's longer than usual. I plan on doing fina/prop transdermally aswell, so no need for the ed shots for a first cycle. My goal is to gain 20 pounds muscle while losing 10 or so of fat. I'll probably add clen in there weeks 11-14 and 18-21. What makes this such a strong cycle? The length of it??

              Ah, if the world were so beautiful.....

              Are you trying to die on your 1st cycle? Fuck it, throw some T3 in there too..... do your bulking cycle, take some time off and let your body return to normal balaance, give your endocrine system a break and then do your cutting cycle. I dont know if you're in a hurry to get huge then cut fat right before summer, but its not going to happen. Your nutrition right now is much more important than your anabolics.

                It's a srtong first timer because you have all these different types of gear flowing through your body at the same time, You want to use you first few cycle to see how you body reacts to different types of gear. You don't need to do it all in one cycle anyways...It would be more effective to bulk first wait a few months then cut...

                    I totally agree with PIT. Even if you don't want to run the d-bol, you'll still gain a ton off of Test E @500 and EQ @400 a week, as this is your first cycle and all.

                      I didn't realize this cycle was too harsh. I've seen people run cycles like this all the time. Is the shutdown the biggest worry or what? I'm not worried about losing some gains from the eq/test after weeks 1-10, wouldn't the tren/winny/prop keep me gaining anyways?

                        Its just hard on your body to run that many illicit drugs continously, especially on your first cycle. A lot of people have ran it, a lot of vets have ran it. I doubt any newbie in their right mind has. Its a good researched cycle, with minor exceptions, but NOT for a 1st cycle, but again this is my opinion, but it seems to be shared with others.

                          This is what actually gave me the idea. This is a thread of a guy doing his first cycle. I've been following his journal and his sides are minimal and has had no complaints. He isn't off yet, I have no clue how hard it will be on his body once all is said and done.
