i've heard that eq makes your eat more... is that true! because since i started it i can't seemed to eat enough... which sucks cuz i'm cutting right now!!

I think it depends on the person EQ doesn't seem to make me hungry.
I fact I have been eating a lot less, mostly due to working two jobs, but I am doing a fair amount of EQ and not feeling any extra hunger.
I didn't the first or second time I tried it either.
Worked great when i was cutting.
The rest of my cycle is pretty low but the EG is "fair" so I would think if it made everyone hungry it woul dhave had an effect on me.

Same here. Im a fairly big guy so naturally I have a big appetite, but I eat like a horse on EQ. It is what you make it thoughDiscipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishments.
