well i was running prop, var and GH. changed diet a bit, cut carbs after 7:00pm and no more sugar (i love sweets) and cut beer to the weekends and cardio twice a week, thats the hardest part
i have lost 10# and i have to say most if not all of it was fat. my waist size has gone down over 2 full inches. (i am still indulging in a few beers a week!)

very happy with the results of the GH, blue tops, i am runnning a low dose and whether its actually helping or its a placebo i dont know (i think its helping)
i can see most of my abs which have been covered with a layer of beer fat for way too long. the cuts in my shoulders look great and my forearms look like i have cords running through them (forearm fat gone?)
i am gonna go 2- 3 more months then take a break.
