    Ok Guys,

    Looking to start another cycle next month....
    Info..
    # of cycles 10+ (true most were in my 20's)
    I have cycled with sus, omna, AD, cyp, enanth, winny and Dbol and water based test in the past... not all together. sus, test cyp, test E, and AD always did me right but my last cycle the Dbol was kickin hard!
    last cycle was 18 weeks
    week 1-4 50 Dbol M-F
    week 1-18 enanthate 600 week, front loaded first week
    week 1-18 deca 350 week, front loaded first week
    week 14-18 Tbol 60 mg ED
    PCT week 18-21 nolva 1 ED, no gyno at all
    stats before last cycle
    5'9" 21% bf 204 lbs dec 07
    after cycle
    5"9 236, sorry didn't do bf until weds...cause it was free! def. had some h2o reten. during the cycle
    Current 16.5% bf 218- had this checked in the tank weds
    been lifting on and off for 15 years
    blood work looked good, lipids were down at the end of my cycle, bp 70/110 when i started, 80/110 when finished, now back to 75/110

    As for diet I eat pretty clean, never any sodas or junk foodt, drink 1.25-1.5 gallons of H2o a day. when on a bulk cycle i eat about 3200-4000 cal day, 7-8 meals and take BSN cell mass, Nitrix, NO- Explode, Truemass, syntha-6 and a couple of protien shakes a day with meals.... but i get a great price on that stuff so I might be a little partial to them.

    As for training, M-F, Monday chest and tri's, tues Shoulders, Weds legs, thurs Back and bi's and friday chest, tri's forearms. Mountian bike an hour M, W, and 1.5 hours on Sat.. but nothing too hardcore.

    Now, I was thinking about doing another 16-20 week cycle, with enanthate, NPP, DBol weeks 1-4, 8-12, and HGH see below.. and....or...any suggestions? But I def. want to keep the bloat down as much as possible. I would like to incorporate some HGH but unsure how many IU's to use with this cycle. I was thinking about starting with 2 IUs for a month, then 3 the next, and stayin on 4 M-F until the end of the cycle.

    I want to do a cutter In the early spring for 12 weeks or more... any suggestions? HGH then too? Amount? Thinking about tri tren 150(75mg EOD), or tren acetate(50 mg ED), prop, winny and maybe some T3/clen

    Goal is to get down to about 11-12% bf by next may and weigh around 220-225... prob unrealistic but I've got to shoot for something.

    I don't think your goal is unrealistic. It sounds very feasible, actually. You're only trying to drop 10 - 15 pounds. Tren, HGH and clen are all good for cutting BF a bit. But it will mainly be determined by your overall diet. As far as starting your HGH. I would start lower, like 1 IU and very slowly move up. If you start higher you will most likely suffer from sore and numb hands and joints.

      So should i incorporate the HGH with my cutting cycle too?
      I was thinking about doing the tri-tren 150 EOD, with winny the last six weeks, and Prop 100 EOD?

        The bulker for 20 weeks looks good. Test E, NPP and DBOL should give you awesome gains. I don't know jack about HGH so I can't give you real advice.

        For your 12 week cutter I'd do:
        Tri-Tren 75mg EOD
        Prop 100 EOD
        winny 50mg ED (last 8 weeks)
        T3 ramping to 100mcg ED then ramping down.
        I don't think you need to incorporate HGH unless you really want to.
        NO PAIN, NO GAIN
