I've got about three weeks left in a cycle of sust I'm doing; happy with the gains in strength and size so far. I'm considering strictly dieting down for the last three... almost no carbs, mostly protein at a lower level... doing some cardio in the morning. I'm 200lbs now with about 12-15%bf.
no prob there. just dropping the carbs will result in pretty fast fat loss.
if i gain a little too much fat while bulking its what i do for the last month. with the gear you dont loose muscle. keep the protein high and often and plenty of flax oil and other healthy fats
