Genetics is the most important factor. Cutler, Arnold, Ferrigno, etc. are not prone to MPB, simple as that.
I will say that with tren and winny you've chosen two of the harsher compounds when it comes to accelerating MPB. I'd never use either for this reason alone. There are other steroids which are more MPB friendly. I suppose it depends on one's goals and priorities. I'd rather maintain my hair as long as possible than gain an extra inch on my arms. Balding is probably the biggest cosmetic tragedy we as males will go through, so why hasten the process? That's my stance anyhow.
As for the ********/dutasteride they'll only be effective in combating any testosterone (DHT) induced hair loss. They'll do absolutely nothing in helping to halt hair loss caused by the synthetics. I'd recommend a good topical anti-androgen (I find spironolactone works quite well) as well as washing with nizoral shampoo three times per week.
As a side note, although minoxidil is a growth agent and does nothing to address the fundamental cause of balding, I find it works well in conjunction with fin or dut. The Rogaine foam is very cosmetically friendly and worth a shot. You can pick some up on the cheap from Ebay.
If your hair is important to you, fin/dut, minoxidil, spiro, and nizoral is just about the best combination currently available in treating MPB. If this doesn't work in slowing it down, nothing will.
