Cycles are NOT the easy way out. Win and tren all by itself is a shutdown waiting to happen. DROP THE tren and run Test E 400-500 week for 12 weeks and EAT RIGHT!!! you will get ten times out of that then tren and winny at the point you are at..Tren is for the advanced and I can tell that you have alot to learn before you take it, not putting you down, just clearing some stuff up for you. And Id like to know who the hell recommended that kinda cycle in the first place?? 25mg Win ed, and 1ml of tren a week???? Good God brother, ask for help HERE first!!!

      Re: pain in quad

The guys said it ,number one you need to pin the quad in the mid part of the lateralis. Thats the outside. Number two, get the workouts down, then the nutrition intake down and then try the AAS to gain muscle after the other things are in place. Training gives the body a reason to rebuild itself stronger and bigger, nutrition gives the body the fuel to be able to rebuild itself. These are the key whether using AAS or not.

outer outer outer. i'd never hit the middle. there's tons of room on the upper/outer area.

            Re: pain in quad

I stay away from the quad. Everyone of my shots regardless of placement ends up in a donkey kick like FUZO said. I have to walk around campus and I hate using the bus so I always shoot in the glutes or shoulders but mostly glutes. The first day never hurts in the quads... it is the next 5 that do! Lots of good info on this site or the right people to tell you how to do it right so listen to the mods. Never have had a problem with glutes or shoulders. Good luck and good growing bro!

Well, here's why....no aas actually 'burns' fat, none of them. There are ones that make you harder and ones that make you more vascular, none of them actually boost the metabolism. It's a misconsception that's been around for decades. The reason for having test in a cycel is that just about all aas will shut down your natural test production and that can effect your mood and many other things. Also, by running a test cycle you will be able to add muscle and muscle burn calories. I think you said you are about 213 lbs, well, imagine how many calories your body would burn everyday if you added 15 pounds of muscle to that. It would be noticable. The more muscle you continue to add the more fat you will lose by the higher metabolism. Of course, this only works if you eat right. You could load up on pizza and burgers and just end up adding more fat too.

Abs are made in the kitchen. That's just a fact. You could do cardio for an hour 5 days a week but if you eat bad, it will be a long process. If you eat good, then you can do minimal cardio, train hard and you will see the fat fall off with time. I personally think that 70% of bodybuilding is diet. Many would disagree but that what I think. It doesn't matter if you use aas or not, diet is the key to everything. You could take a ton of aas, train with the best trainer on the planet, but if you eat pizza, burgers and fast food everyday, your results will lack quality. Sure, you will get big, but it won't look good. On the flip side, if you eat a very good diet and train pretty good you will usually have better results than someone who eats poorly. I've seen guys take Godly amounts of aas and when they were done you couldn't tell that did much at all, because their diets sucked. I've also known guys who are drug free that stay at 6% BF year round, because their diets are flawless. Even at a birthday party, they won't have more than one or two bites of cake because they know the consequences. And, not to mention the long tern positive effects of not eating all the crap food, that is good for your body too. It's hard, but it's the most effective way to get lean.

                    Re: pain in quad

i think you just gave yourself a bad shot. sometimes i'll hit a spot and have no issues, but another time it will hurt for a week and i can't move. last tuesday (tuesday before last) i shot 3cc in my glute just like i have been for weeks with no pain, but that time i went into a differnt spot in my glute and i couldn't walk for a week! this tuesday that just passed i shot 1.5cc in each should and it was fine. same gear just a good shot. i guessing that you could have hit a vessel on the way in and got some swelling and brusing. as long as there isn't any red hot swelling and you aren't running fever you should be fine. in fact the pain in my glute was so bad that i couldn't sit or lie on that side!!!!

                      Re: pain in quad

also, i agree with the other guys... tren by it's self is not a good idea.... and the truth is that no matter what you take if your diet isn't in order you won't see the full effects. i wasted ALOT of money in my life a gear and NOT eating correctly!!!

                      Good Luck with you diet!!!

good advise there..reason i woulsd drop the tren right now is your wanting to lean up..test i agree with the winny...very good combo.for core trainning...cardio stinks with tren not a good choose when needing to really hit it...cant get the test?..run the wiiny ..why not..ribb

the quad is my main injection spot...just easier for me...the only thing that given me pain there is sust...thats why i only hit the delts with sust...still hurts but its bearable...i love the quads but that just me...
