bruising

Any of you cats ever get some nasty bruises from your injects? I had a nasty lookin one on my quad and then one on my ass, looked like someone kicked the shiot outa me.

OH YEAH! i remember a few years ago i got a NASTY one on my quad. here's why....look down at your right quad and picture teh top is where you inject, right? right. well imagine injecting on the side of your quad...yup that's where i did it and it left a funky ass bruise there. really, quads are the only thing, if ever, that bruise.

quad is the only place i bruse some times. Might have hit a vein.

Usually if you hit a vein you will get bruises but I remember getting them on my quads and someone told me to up my Liv-52 and when I did the went away and never came back. Something about the liver being too stressed out. I forget who told me but it was someone on here that is very credible. But, usually if blood comes out when you pull the needle out, you can expect some bruising because the veien will take a little while to heal up. So, the blood will follow the pin out and then collect in the subcutaneous area until the body removes it. Oh yeah, I also thing the bruising I got had something to do with being on drol too. Yeah, something about the drol being tough on the liver and bruising going up so if you are on orals you may want to up the Liv-52.
