guys, I do 30-40 minutes a day of cardio after I lift. i eat very clean, lots of protein, low carbs. i am also seeing a lot of improvemenet in my body, the only thing holding me back is my small to medium sized gut. but my question is, the cardio i do, is that enough? i mean i do it 6 days a week.

    thanks

I tkink you'll get overtrained. Cut your cardio to 4-5 times per week...

your over training yourself, cut it back to 4 days and no more than 45 mins of cardio. How's your eating habits? do you drink, that could be your problem, if you do though.

Rado, I eat very clean, drink very seldomly, and i get enough sleep. should i just stay with the cardio for only 4 days week?

I would say do cardio 5 days a week. If you are eating enough (eating right as well) you will have enough nutrients and should not overtrain!

I would do cardio 5 days a week, 45 minutes. Make sure you intensity level is high. 45 minutes of lazy cardio will not get you as far. After time you will get lean. Look at marathon runners etc. You don't see one fat one. Just takes time bro. I know it's frustrating trying to get there.

My suggestion: What ever your diet is cut it back some. do abs 2-3 times a week.

Its not just burning the calories. you actually have to make your body use fat when it runs out of calories to burn.
