    hcg lets talk!

    So I don't think anything in our game is more discussed and argued over than hcg. Do you hate it? love it? how do you use it? what works best? what sucks? boys put it out there...

    Personally I love the stuff and I have experimented with numerous ways of using it. I am currently trying an HRT type method of 100mcg EOD. Not sure if I like it as much as other ways I've tried it but lifes a journey...

        1000iu every 4 days most of the time during cycle or not.

          I like 250-500 iu twice per week during the cycle.

            IVE DONE 500 IUS ON SAT AND SUN EVERY OTHER WEEK DURING CYCLE...HELPS KEEP YOU FROM SHUTTING DOWN SO HARD DURING CYCLE AND HELPS YOU RECOVER FASTER
