  • short or long acting?

are site injections restricted to only the short acting stuff e.g. prop, or can you also use the long acting stuff e.g. cypionate?

    Re: short or long acting?

If you're doing site injections for locallized growth, and you believe it to work, then many say the short acting is better.

For many others that don't necessarily think site injections work for growth, the answer would be it donesn't matter.

A fair number of us who have multiple pokes to do will do "site" injections for no other reason than to rotate inj. sites and it makes no diff. whether it's a long or short acting compound.

It doesn't matter. My thighs and calves have always been my biggest features and Inever used to hit them until the last year or so. Also, the areas I do hit, grow at the same pace they did prior to hitting them. So, I don't think it makes a difference personally.

PS- another thing to consider about site injections is when you inject, most of the fluid goies into a small section of facia, so the rest of the facia in that muscle is going to have to wait until the substance goes throught the whole body and be passed through the muscle via the blood stream. I could understand if you could get some aas into ALL of the facia in a muscle head, but that's just not the case.
