  • info on cuting cycles

    so whats goin on w/ cuting cycles...

    u drop ur cals get on some fina/winny/prop and do u expect to LOSS WEIGHT or can u KEEP UR BW and loss bf at the same time? or even gain some?

    how does this work... im tryin to figure this out to set a goal for my cuting cycle... im 195 around 16%bf now ... ( 5'6) wana know how much ill be after i go down to 9%bf or so ...


    any one can help?

    vegies and chicken for 4 weeks straight and you will be ripped. Tons of veggies with chx and you can throw in sodium condiments cause you wont have to worry about bloat. No carbos other than roughage

      when i did prop winny and eq i gained body weight but lost b/f i think i put on liek 15 or so lbs but got alot more vascular and hard i also did lotsa cardio which i dont usually do so i was real happy with ym outcome

        Yea eat some Tuna, Chicken, Turkey, etc...Throw some veggies in and stay clean with low fat and low carbs. Next thing you know, you'll be ripped. I consume no more 100 carbs a day and eat lot's of smoked turkey and grilled chicken.

          My roommate competes (naturally) and when he's close to a show all he'll eat is chicken and brocolli for all of his meals, with supps of course.

            Thats one hardcore diet though.....chicken and brocoli only...but you get striations on your frikin teeth if you can keep it up.

              my question isnt answered yet .... although i thank u for ur input...

              i wana know for some one with the stats above to reach 9%bf how much bw would i expect to loss ASSUMMING diet is 100% set and cardio is great ... with the above cycle...

                  10lbs at the most. If your running fina/winny/prop, you'll be gaining muscle while losing fat, you wont drop that much weight.

                        bro if i were u i would bump the cals i made the same mistake .. my sex drive went to shit and i think i lost some muscle... bump the cals increase the cardio ...

                            or u can add 2 cheating days so ur body can recover from ur diet... but other wise since ur doin it naturaly i woudnt loss more than 2lbs aweek bro since ull start lossing muscle... thats why i hate lossing fat w/o AS... doin it slow is the only way to go, the slower u loss the fat the less chance of muscle loss there is...

                              ohh i eat alota green vegiz when im dieting and fill my self up with them... also u can take some more flex oil and increase ur good fat intake insted of carbs
