Quick question. Do you take all your clen at once. ive always spread it out, 20 mcgs every couple hours until I hit my target for the day. But with a half life of 36 hrs, it shouldnt matter. How do you take it?

I split it just because I'm anal about things being evenly spaced, and blanced and so on and so on.
But i was taking it with T3 which I had spaced out as well so it was also for conveinence.

split it up for sure..took all 50mcg once and omfg it about killed me..lol....def do 20-25mcg at a time bro....Comment
