what do you consider time off. do you consider the time during your pct as time off, or do you start the clock after the pct is complete? ive always considered time off as after pct.

I see what your saying...Let me clarify that I end all my cycles now with prop for three-four weeks. Then get blood work done before pct. Therefor is why I count the next 3 weeks of pct as being "off"...Whether I am off for 10 weeks or 12 weeks depends on how I feel and anxious I get to get back on. To each his own, as long as you have a plan and ample time off then stick to it.
If you really want to know where your at fork out the loot and get bloodwork done a few times a year...on and off..Gives you an idea where your at and piece of mind as well.Last edited by Corrodo; 05-01-2007, 06:19 PM.
