Well, I don't think it's any different but I change for the very reason Corrado said, scar tissue. I've hit the quads too much and now I have thit messed up looking hole in my outer quad. I'm going to have to have some deep tissue work done on it to breakup the scar tissue. Also, I haven't noticed any difference in the size of the placed I hit over the ones I dont. It seems like everything grows at the same pace. I think it's important to avoid the scar tissue, like me and C did. My left outer quad looks stupid now and I'm hoping and praying that the deep tissue will help it. I'm pretty sure it will, I've researched the hell out of it and I know scar tissue can be broken up because I've had some broken up in my biceps and their shape changed some after the deep tissue work. I'm affraid I'm going to need quite a bit of work on this quad though.
