I've always had decent sized calves with good definition since I was really young. I don't really train them much either. My question is what causes them to feel heavy and for lack of a better word "puffy" when AAS is introduced...usually it goes away for me but I hate the feeling.
I get like a puffiness along the bone or actually on the bone. Just curious if you peeps know or know how to stop it...?
