Whats the best way to take test?

If youre doing 600 mgs a week enth/ or 400 mgs deca or whatever your dose is of a long acting AS, how would you take it?
Would it matter if you did it all on monday or space it out over 2 days a week? What would be the best way to keep a constant high level of test in your blood? Or it doesnt really matter with long acting AS.

i like it 2x a week for more constant levels ... i'd probably do it more, but i'm a glutton for punishment.

What if you did a little every day? I get all psyched up when I stab myself, then go lift. Would that keep levels constant?

it would, but it's not really necessary ... eod would be more than sufficient ... and 2x a week would work just as well ...

It's really not necessary man. Enanthate will stay active in your body for about 4 weeks. You could shoot once/week and you'd be fine. I really don't think you'll see a difference with frequent injections of enanthate because the half life is so long. The consensus is to shoot twice/week though. Say half Mon., and half Thurs., or whatever.

i think a person who shot it more often would notice less sides or water retention than a person who shot it 1x a week though.

i split my test up as much as i can most of the time its eod

to be the most effective with anything you use.......ED would be the best method......

I hit 750mgs/week ICN's and shot each amp sunday- tuesday- friday.
