Originally posted by LadiesMan with 44,000000 posts, how can you cut or diet? Do you have fridge next to your computer. I bet you have a protein bar dispenser attached to your monitor and on you watch that "sit and be fit" show with that old lady and do exercises in your computer chair, lol.
Just started dieting again myself. I had gotten really lean after a few months of dieting, but decided to bulk up a bit this last month. Gained a little fat around the waste, and holding a bit of water under the skin but that'll all be gone in few weeks. Put on a decent amount of size and strenght though so that was good.
Basically only carbs I'll be eating is my PW shake (75g dextrose, 50g whey), and then my second PW meal 1.5 hours later, same amount of carbs/protein but in solid food (white rice, NF cottage cheese, splenda, cinnamin). All other meals are carb free, just protein/fat. Seems to work best for me eating like this. Not gonna do any cardio this time around. Debating on whether or not to do a controlled refeed day once a week, or just have a couple cheat meals instead once a week.
