love to hear it, and much love for all that posted. making good products is easy, selling at a fair price is easy, customer service seperates the men from the boys. it's NOT easy, but well worth it. to us, service is everything.

There are many that should take notes. It's like allot of "product & service providers" don't even give 2 cares for the customer and making sure service is satisfactory. When you find those that care enough to make sure the consumer is always happy, you stick with them. Fast is awesome!
