    After being off for almost three years, I decided to start again with my very first cycle - 500 Test E / 400 EQ. It worked great then. Now 4th week in and I'm already starting to noticing some great strength gains. My friends have noticed my body getting tighter also. Great to hear right before I head off to Miami :-)

        If I wasn't seeing anything by week ten I think that I would bump up to 500mg of test and 600mg of equipoise. There is no worse feeling than realizing that you ran your gear at too low a dose and you wasted your time/money/gear.

          personally when i run test and eq together and the EQ starts to kick in, I get crazy strong.

            powerpress what are your stats, and exp?

            we shold really ask where he is starting from and where he has been before suggesting cycle dosages.

              I am 31 yrs old currently 230lbs no clue on body fat and don't care. My best competitive lifts at 219lbs squat 710.... bench 465... dead 665 all my lifts are from 2004.....I am a lot stronger now but all my current lifts are gym lifts. I have done 525x2 off 2boards i have done a 735 box squat and pulled 685 standing on a 100lb plate with only my lever belt on. My goal is to get to 250lbs and at that weight I believe I will gain alot of strength.

                then run it hard bro. I would prolly suggest 600-750mg of test and 400-600mg of eq.

                  ^ nice lifts..why are you choosing EQ, not that its bad but as a power lifter there may be better choices depending on your goals etc. If you know you want EQ badasz suggestion is good, maybe even up the EQ to 800mg

                    I simply wanted to add something to the test Im currently on. Npp and deca just irritate my nipples for some reason. After reading alot I decided to run some EQ it seams safe as far as sides. Everyone claims it added strength to thier lifts....so maybe I dont have to take so much test either.
