    I'm ready to do my first cycle and would appreciate any feedback.

    I am currently 6'-0" 260lbs and one of those electronic body fat scales says my bf is 32%. I'm not sure if that is accuate.

    I want to gain a solid 15lbs of lean muscle and drop some bf if possible. I have been lifting off and on for 3 years and have been consistant for the last 6 months.

    Here's what I plan:

    Test Enanthate 400mg 1/W Week 1-10
    EQ 400mg 1/W Week 1-10
    dBol 40mg E/D Week 1-4
    Winny 50mg E/D Week 8-12
    B12 Mixed
    w/Test E & EQ 1000mcg 1/W Week 1-12

    Liquid Femara 0.25ml E/D Week 1-10
    Liquid Clomid 300/100/50mg Starting after last Winny Tab

    Supplements:
    ALA - 500mg E/D Week 1-16
    Milk Thistle - 100mg E/D Week 1-16
    Multi Vitamin E/D
    Vitamin E E/D
    Vitamin C - 1000mg E/D
    Glutimine Peptides
    Protein Shakes
    Creatin

    Your advice will be appreciated.

    uh if you have 32% bf you need to cut alot before you think of a cycle similar to that .

    I would keep it natty for another 6 mo. and see how much bf you can lose and then take another look at AS.

      Your weight doesn't tell anybody anything without the height. Get your bodyfat tested using calipers; if you're over 12-13% I wouldn't do a bulking cycle at all.
      Gaining 15 lbs isn't alot really and very achievable. There's absolutely no reason on Earth for you to need 1gram/week of gear on your first cycle. You MUSt cut those enanthate and EQ doses in half but shoot every 5 days, not 7.
      I'm not convinced of the point of using Winny at the end. I know people like it to harden up but I just don't think you'll have much to harden up at that point.
      Personally, if I could do my first cycle over again I'd just do test/anavar alone then Dbol along with either EQ or Fina for the 2nd.

        You have been off and on for three years and only consistent for six months, your BF is 32%, and you want to start hitting the juice?

        I’m not trying to bust your chops but IMO quite simply, you are not ready.

        Bust your ass natural for a few years consistently and when you hit your natural limit then consider steroids.

            Get on a low carb high protein diet......along with some ECA or NYC/ Clen stack and a lot of cardio. Cut as much bodyfat as possible.........if you don't...... you won't see your results. Maybe strength wise but that is about it. Actually that is what I'm doing right now. Went from 30% to 22% since December.

                Jenny Craig! I'm LMAO!

                I recently came down in weight from 285 in the last 6 months. I feel like I've hit a wall.

                I said the 32% bf was probably wrong cause my son is 6'0" - 160lbs and I can see his abs pretty good and the scale says he is at 22% bf. I am a bit over weight but I'd like to put more muscle on now, then diet down without loosing much muscle after this cycle.

                Should I not do much cardio while on the dBol or can I do running 30 mins a day for like 3-4 days a week in addition to my lifting?

                  USE ECA,ALA,CLEN,SOMETHING LIKE THAT.FOLLOW IT UP WITH WINNY OF FINA TOWARDS THE END.SAY 8-14WK.
                  I THINK THE KEY FOR YOUR BODY IS CARDIO,CARDIO,CARDIO.

                  MAKE SURE YOUR DIET IS GOOD.300GM PROTIEN AT LEAST A DAY

                    IMO your cycle looks ok, but you're just not quite ready for it. IMO you should drop the dbol and frontload the test. Think about clen/nyc, T3, less carbs more protein, and cardio. Looks like you did your homework though, good luck.

                      Thanks for all your responses. I'll take your advice into consideration while I make up my mind of what to do (wait for now or change it around abit).

                      Massive1: I am curious why you suggest that I drop the dBol and frontload the Test. Can you explain what you mean by frontloading the Test. I'm not familiar with that.

                      p.s. I went to the Doctors office today for my regular visit and my weight is 254lbs and bf is 21% using calipers. My bf scale is way off not only on bf% but also off on the weight.

                      My diet has been around 55% Prot, 20% Fat and 25% carbs for the most part, although I have been slipping the last 2 weeks or so.
