run 2-5 miles each morning 5x a week
train 5 nights a week

stats:
5'11 201 10% bf

goals:
add 10 lbs lbm while maybe dropping 1% bf.

The two safest steroids, looks good man....Atleast you wont be needing No anti-e's....Im starting Primo n Winstrol in about 6 weeks for cutting....People who've taken Primo said it literally has ZERO side effects and doesn't really need to be cycled and can be taken for as long a period as you want without hurting your body with side effects long or short term.......how you feel bout that ?

yes, you can take it indefinitely pretty much, but i'll still come off of it for about 4 months before i start anything else.
