Glad things are ok and you had some stuff there to get sugars in, thats VERY important... We all make mistakes...IVE DONE the same thing but with IGF...Thought I took 80 but took 160...THAT was a weird feeling...Nothing to bad but felt sick and headaches for the rest of the day...Scary stuff bro...Be careful and glad it worked out for the bestComment
