I dunno if i have it in the right section or not..but everytime i lift heavy, i'am having a hard time to breathe..what i mean that i feel like some1 punched my throat and its hard to inhale oxgygen/(short breath)...i realized that everytime i go super heavy with high reps.....why is that?
is it the compounds that ia'm taking or not?
mikey you already know what i am doing and i have noticed a difference in breathing and so has meso ...her at work i used fly up and down the steps now i feel a little short of breath ...and after a heavy set it takes me a little longer to recover for the next set ....
not sure if it the compounds or sudden gain in weight and water or not good ???

Well, if your throat hurts only when you have to breathe heavy, that's wierd. It sounds like your airway is slightly restricted and when you have to really get some air in and out, it's difficult. I don't know if it's bad or good but from my own personal expereince, the more cardio (not the fat brun zone) I do the easier it is to breathe. A lot of BBer think they are in good shape, but if most of us actually went and ran a full blown all out 100 meter dash we would feel like we are going to die. The truth is, the stronger your cardiovascular system is, the less winded you will be after a heavy set. It's just a fact. Look at the Strongman Competitions, some of those guys will do these ridiculous lifts and they can't talk for like 5 minutes, others can do their lift and talk soon after. Those are the ones in better cardiovascular condition. It's very important.
Anyways, I doubt it's anything seriosu but one way to tell is to do something that really challenges your cardio system and see if you have the same thing. More than likely, you need to step up your cardio. However, if it doesn't get better, go see a throat specialist.
I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
i will..and my aas that i'am taking:
test 1600mg
anadrol 200mg
eq:800mg
