Insulin Users !!!

Ok slin users... what kind of insulin do u use? my son takes
Humulin N=NPH..isophane suspension
also takes...
Humalog=insulin lispro
not that im gonna do this . just curious..
each ml contains contains 100 units of insulin lispro;glycerin,16mg;dibasic sodium phosphate,1.88 mg; m-cresol,3.15mg zinc oxide content adjusted to provide 0.0197 mg zinc ion;trace amounts of phenol, and water for injection

I don't take it ,but I read that Humulin R is the safest because it takes effect quickly and has the shortest duration of activity.

NPH he takes for a long period of time and humalog is faster than humilin r. he was on humilin R but docs put him on humalog

humalog is the fastest acting, humilin R comes next.

I use Humulin R because it's easier to get.

I have to say, if you MUST use insulin (which I do), learn as much as possible beforehand. That Humalog is nothing to experiment with and that comes from experience.

yea bro serious stuff. this slin stuff just fascinates me for some reason. i guess its because i see him use it to survive and he has had some bad reactions to insulin in the beginning.

If you are going to use slin the humalog is faster acting than the R and is active for less time. Humalog requires a Rx were the R doesn't. Remember if you are thinking about cycling slin to read what it does and how long it does it. Using slin could at worst kill you or make you dependent on it . Use it carefully.

I just don't want people thinking that slin is the answer to getting huge. Diet ,training ,rest can do a lot . Then after you have got all of that in order then you can think about AS. If you don't have all of it somewhat going on then you are wasting time and money.Check out all the info on slin , make youself well informed on all aspects of it before you use it.

I use humalog after every workout at 8 i.u. It's not something to screw around with, but it is somewhat overdone. If you have any sort of common sense, the negatives can be minimized. The average person shouldn't use it, but that's because the average person is down right stupid.
